About Noah Rosales
Noah Rosales enlisted in the United States Air Force in January 1990. During his career, Sergeant Rosales was deployed to the following locations across the world:
- 4404th Composite Wing (Provisional) Prince Sultan Aziz Air Base in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia (Operation Desert Storm)
- Kunsan Air Base in the Republic of Korea (8th Maintenance Squadron)
- Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan (Operation Enduring Freedom)
- Sather Air Base in Baghdad, Iraq (Operation Iraqi Freedom)
Noah retired in 2012 after 22 years of service to our country. While stationed in South Korea, he was tasked to re-wire his unit’s PBX phone system. Having little knowledge of this task, he located some guidance on the subject matter and completed the task that same day. Exploring his newfound talent in telecommunications led to a career change. After returning to the states, he applied to work at a small startup company and managed his first of many Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) systems. Since then, Noah has built 3 call centers. He currently owns and operates a virtual Contact Center that, for the last 17 years, has assisted 200+ nonprofit organizations in fulfilling their missions by processing over a billion dollars.

Tax Reform
A national retail sales tax would levy a flat tax on all retail sales. This tax reform policy would have a broad base, exempting only expenditures for education, existing housing, purchases abroad by US residents, and food produced and consumed on farms. This taxation strategy would be simpler to administer and create fewer economic distortions than the income tax.

Immigration
Nearly three in four Americans support undocumented immigrants being able to stay in the United States and eventually apply for citizenship. Why? Because commonsense reform that speeds up the process includes a path to citizenship, it would increase economic growth, lower the deficit, and increase the incomes of all Americans. Additionally, it would help decrease the cost of border security while at the same time increasing its effectiveness.
LEGALIZE MARIJUANA NATIONWIDE
Legalizing recreational marijuana will add billions to the economy, create hundreds of thousands of jobs, free up scarce police resources, and stop the enormous racial disparities in marijuana enforcement. Regulating marijuana will lower street crime, take business away from the drug cartels, and make marijuana use safer through required testing, labeling, and child-proof packaging.
